Submitting Your Offer

After we have found your favorite property we will work together to strategize & formulate an offer to present for the seller to consider. Negotiation and communication will be key in this process to come to a mutual agreement and execute the contract between both parties.

Closing & Moving In

Throughout the purchasing process there will be a series of items needed collected by third-parties, such as lenders & title companies, who will be overseeing the transfer of ownership between the buyer and seller. After all of the necessary documents have been signed at closing, and the funds have been distributed, you can collect your keys and move into your new home!
